The Mid-Hudson Valley Society of Human Resource Management, established in 1979, is an important and vibrant community-based association of human resource professionals.  Strong advocates for the growth and influence of our profession,within and outside the Hudson Valley, we are:

  • Well-known, highly respected, and community-supported
  • Dynamic and highly-visible professionals influencing the development, readiness, and diversity of the workforce
  • The primary resource for educational, personal, and career growth for the human resource professional and for those considering the profession
  • The most relevant and credible voice for our profession.  We are regularly and consistently sought after as an expert and strategic partner on issues of business importance, public policy and community & economic development
  • More than three-hundred members strong, 50 percent of our membership actively engaged in some facet of our programming

This engaged membership empowers an energetic, cohesive and growing core of volunteer leaders committed to our mission and vision.  With an active, multi-year leadership succession process in place, that leadership strength will continue in the future.  The Mid-Hudson Valley Society for Human Resource Management is a successful and growing resource for our members, communities, and profession.
