 Getting Onboarding Right

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The agenda will include the following topics:  Onboarding defined, Significance of Onboarding, Recruiting and networking, Four C’s of Onboarding, Onboarding levels, Short and long term outcomes of Onboarding, Onboarding after offer accepted, Orientation, Supervisor’s Role, Employee First Day, Technology, Onboarding program, Onboarding is a Collaborative process and Successful Onboarding. Each of these topics will be discussed in detail.

 ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Cindy Nichtberger is a Human Resources Services Specialist at Marshall & Sterling Insurance, Group Benefits Division. She provides direct support to clients as well as projects such as training programs and handbooks. Cindy has extensive executive and legal recruitment experience where she developed a keen understanding to the importance of the onboarding process. She has several years of commercial insurance experience including toxic tort claims and environmental underwriting.

Cindy earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Vermont and her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.
