 ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Mike Falcone, Vice President, Eastern Region Retirement. Mike leads the East Coast Retirement Consulting practice. From his home base in West Chester, PA he guides plan sponsors and their participants to financial wellness and long-term success. Part of NFP since 2007, he has more than 25 years of experience in qualified plan design, investment due diligence, funding and participant communication. A former retirement consultant for Aon consulting, Mike is well-versed in managing individual plan requirements of all sizes for employers across a wide range of industries. He’s a frequent speaker at top industry events, most notably leading the full-day fiduciary best practices tutorial at the Mid-Sized Pension Management Conference for several years. A graduate of Drexel University, Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics. In 2009 and 2010, he ranked on the 401kWire.com list of “Top 300 Most Influential Advisors in Defined Contribution.” As part of that honor, this leading defined contribution website place him among the “Top 40” advisors in the large market segment.
