PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
No matter where you stand on a particular issue, you will agree that 2017 has been off to a fast start with changes affecting the workplace because of federal and state legal developments. Jackson Lewis Principals Susan Corcoran and Ed Jeffrey will lead a presentation about these changes, with a focus on how employers can create programs and strategies to strengthen their organization’s practices during the new Administration. Political unrest outside of the workplace can sometimes lead to certain types of engagement in the workplace (political speech or union organizing) or on social media about your organization, which will also be addressed. Susan primarily practices on the employment side, while Ed’s passion is labor law.
