Leading a Multigenerational Workforce

Today’s employers are challenged with creating a motivating work environment for a multigenerational workforce. In many instances, there are five generations of employees who need to collaborate, communicate, negotiate and influence each other to maximize productivity. Human Resource leaders are challenged with creating programs and policies that meet the needs of the entire workforce.

During this highly interactive program, you will learn:

  • The characteristics of each generation

  • How to create a motivating work environment where all generations can thrive

  • How to effectively communicate with every employee

  • Strategies for managing conflict among generations

  • Ways to recruit & retain employees at every level
