Director of Compliance & Wellness Rose & Kiernan, IncShauna is a certified Human Resources professional working within the Employee Benefit Management Group at Rose & Kiernan. Shauna has broad HR experience across multiple industries and brings a unique perspective while supporting clients in areas of compliance to include those governed by ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, State and Federal Regulations. She also provides employers with guidance on all forms of Wellness initiatives. Shauna received her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from The Huether School of Business at The College of Saint Rose with a concentration in Human Resources and Financial Planning. She is a long-standing member of SHRM at the National and Local level and currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee of the Capital Region Human Resource Association (CRHRA).

He also serves as the General Counsel to the New York State Society of Human Resource Management.

Nicole is also taking us global! Fluent in four languages and having lived in 9 countries, Nicole is ready, willing and able to meet you in Europe or Asia for your training needs. A Wall Street veteran, Nicole has held senior business and HR roles at Bloomberg, Merrill Lynch, McKinsey and Goldman Sachs. As an HR Business Partner, Nicole focused on talent management, leadership development, organizational change and executive coaching. Prior to that, she worked in Global Markets at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.Nicole is a graduate of Columbia University’s Coaching Program focusing on executive and organizational coaching. She is certified in the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment tools. Nicole holds an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College. She is a former Advisory Council member for the Association to Benefit Children and currently serves as a trustee of the Rye City, NY School District’s Board of Education—an elected position she won after nailing her first live televised debate.
